nurses introduced themselves at ealing, not at central - I am disappointed with the service at central london clinic, I had to argue with them about my treatment - staff at ealing are helpful and professional, [name removed] is so understanding.

at arrival nurse [name removed] was so supportive and amazing, spoke to the surgeon and help me to get no anaesthetic. she was amazing, surgery was quick everyone was wonderful and supportive. recovery was great too [name removed] was so kind and helpful and very easy to understand. thank you everyone making a hard situation a lot more comfortable to deal with! :)

I feel like the first time I was seen in this clinic it felt rushed and I wasn't given full information. The second process was better and people more friendly and considerate. I would advise that doors should be kept closed during consultations as I could hear other people. whilst I was taken to the surgery room it would have been good to have the procedure explained to me more and that the surgery went okay rather than me having to ask.

Staff introduced themselves and answered any questions that i had.
When came in for consultation the procedure however was not explained clearly but was reassured on day of procedure
